The service

AutoLotUp gives you a dashboard to register a vehicle inventory and a public page with that catalog. Hosting and a subdomain are included on every plan. From the Pro plan up, you can connect your own domain.

The catalog shows what you publish: photos, price, branch, and status. Your customers can filter and contact you. AutoLotUp is not a party to the sale or financing between you and your customers.

Account and team

You must provide accurate details and keep access to the account secure. You can invite people by email and assign an administrator, manager, or salesperson role. Each person is responsible for what they do with their access.

Plans and payment

The price, currency, and billing period are those shown on the site or in the dashboard when you subscribe. Plans are offered in Mexican pesos and in US dollars. The service can be monthly or yearly.

If the plan expires and is not renewed, the dashboard and public catalog stay locked until you reactivate. Locking the catalog does not, by itself, delete your inventory.

Your catalog

You decide which vehicles are published. Drafts are not shown. You can hide reserved or sold vehicles so the catalog matches real stock.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, the price, and the photos, and for having the right to use them. Do not publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

Contact and metrics

The WhatsApp, phone, and email buttons open the visitor’s own app. That conversation does not go through AutoLotUp. The dashboard does not store those messages or confirm that they were sent.

Dashboard metrics are views, clicks, shares, and the source of visits, including visits from a campaign link. They are not an inbox.

Subdomain and your own domain

The subdomain is part of the service, for example yourbusiness.autolotup.com. If you connect your own domain on the Pro plan, you register it with your registrar and point it as the dashboard instructs. AutoLotUp does not sell that domain.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to interfere with the platform, access another account without permission, overload the system, or publish a false inventory. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law.

Ownership

The software, brand, and design of AutoLotUp are ours. Your photos, business name, and inventory data remain yours. You give us permission to host them and display them on your catalog while the account exists.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available. Maintenance or failures can interrupt it. To the extent the law allows, AutoLotUp is not liable for sales that do not close, for content you publish, or for what is said on WhatsApp or other outside channels.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date on this page marks the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new text. If you do not agree, stop using the account and email [email protected] to ask us to close it.
